At Mona’s Tea, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return
- We accept returns of unopened, unused tea products within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at monasteas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tea products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at monasteas@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or damaged items).
